EMFEC's offices are conveniently located at Robins Wood House (close to ]unction 26 of the M1 and Nottingham City Centre), where specialist staff will advise on any aspect of your conference or meeting ensuring that your time with us runs smoothly.

Six rooms are available to accommodate between 2 - 70 people.  The ICT Suite provides computer availability for eight people.

Ramps and electronically controlled entrance doors permit easy access for wheelchairs to the building. There is one conference room situated on the ground floor with easy wheelchair access.

All your conference needs are provided for from flipcharts to PowerPoint presentations.

There is ample free car parking space.

Daily Delegate Rate:  £25 per delegate (£20 per delegate for members)
Inclusive of:

room hire
tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival
morning tea/coffee and biscuits
cold finger buffet
afternoon tea/coffee
cordials
OHP and screen
LCD projector and lap top for PowerPoint
flip chart and pens.

Half Day Delegate Rate:  £15 per delegate (£12 per delegate for members)

Rates shown above are for a minimum of 5 delegates.

Single-sided A4 sheet - 4p per copy
Double-sided A4 sheet - 6p per copy
Single-sided A3 sheet - 10p per copy
Double-sided A3 sheet - 12p per copy

2 rooms of equal size.
Seating: up to 20 board room style, 25 - 30 theatre style

These rooms open up to provide one main room.

REFRESHMENTS
A comprehensive range of refreshments is available, from tea and coffee with biscuits, to cold buffet lunches. All dietary requirements are catered for.

EQUIPMENT
Included in the rates for room hire are the use of OHP and screen, flip charts and markers. A combined TV/video and an LCD projector are available if pre-booked.
